NOTE: On July 28th, COBA received notice that Officer Farmers attacker's court date for July 29th has been postponed due to a guilty plea of Assault 2. Sentencing has been scheduled for Sept. 13, 2010 at 9:30am, at the White Plains County Courthouse.
